About Amy

I have bachelor's degree in early childhood education and have taught for 11 years. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades and have experience tutoring students in 3rd-5th grade. Along with teaching experience, I have several years of babysitting experience in which I provided care for children in many different families. Throughout my time as a babysitter I watched kids ranging from infants to 14 years old. Many of the families I babysat for became like family. My experience includes but is not limited to; providing overnight care, special needs care, watching multiple children, and taking children to designated activities or appointments. I had my first baby this past year and know how important it is for a parent or guardian to feel safe and comfortable with having another person watch your child(ren). My goal is to get to know your child(ren) as an individual(s) and provide the best care possible.
