Our experience with Ana was terrific. We were in CT for a family wedding and needed someone to look after our 3 year old after the ceremony. Our daughter was so excited to hang out with Ana ("like from Frozen!"), and Ana didn't disappoint. Our daughter is high energy and has big feelings, and so that is not always an easy task! We highly recommend Ana for anyone who needs childcare! What we loved: *Great communication a week before the event, the day before the event, and the day of the event, making us feel confident in the service *Showed up at our hotel early and made coordination easy for us - we didn't have to stress over detailed instructions with how to get her there, park, take care of our daughter, etc. *Incredible positive energy with our daughter and all the adults with whom she interacted - she is a ray of sunshine and our daughter could definitely feel that - Ana clearly loves taking care of kids *Flexible with timing and other details - it was never a negotiation, just how can she help us the most and adapt, including meeting our parents for drop off instead of us, paying for food for our daughter with us paying her back, How to sum it up? It was just a terrific experience :)
