Hi, I'm Andie and I'm starting my senior year at the University of Maryland! With over 7 years of experience in childcare, I'm passionate about creating a vibrant, safe, and nurturing space where kids can thrive. My background includes working with children of all ages-from toddlers to preteens-through roles as a babysitter, a day camp counselor for three summers, and an assistant teacher in a preschool. I love working with children, and I'm known for my ability to connect with kids in a patient, calm, and positive manner. I keep parents informed with regular updates about their child's day and am great at maintaining a safe and respectful environment by upholding household rules. With over four years of having my driver's license and having my car, I'm also fully equipped to handle any transportation needs. I love making learning enjoyable through a mix of sports, games, and educational activities, and I'm always searching for new ways to grow their experiences!
