I'm new to Henderson but have been a professional Nanny for 7 years. I'm comfortable with up to 4 children at once depending on their ages and have experience with ages 1-15. My favorite age group is 2-5 y/o. I'm comfortable with pets of any kind as long as they aren't aggressive/poisonous. Experience with: neurodivergence, house keeping, meal prep, and tutoring. I try to make every activity fun and as enjoyable as possible but if there is a need for discipline I'll use a time out. I take into account when a child might be acting out due to lack of sleep, hunger, illness, or emotional issues. I always make it a point to talk as openly and honestly as I can so that I can build a strong foundation of trust with each child. I like them to know that I'm not only their Nanny but their friend. I'm comfortable with caring for a child who is sick. I will only work for a non-smoking family. My top priority is a child's mental, emotional and physical health along with having fun!
