I have been watching kids my whole life and enjoy the energy levels that come with the various age groups. Running around and playing outside is a kids job, and I try my best to ensure they indeed do so. Too many screens today pull attention, so I try to keep that to a minimum. I have a 7-year-old myself so understand the mindset, and know that kids much prefer someone to play with them vs just supervising. My wife and son are out of town which gives me a lot of free time and I would much rather be playing and having fun. I like working with kids because the energy levels that kids have is amazing and I like to tap into that to keep their engagement levels high. I started working with kids when I was growing up. I came from a big family and always had kids around. Their energy keeps me young so I try to stay around that.
