About Angela

I have experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia, total care clients, hospice, Parkinson's, and diabetes. I carefully supervise mobility and engage clients with games and activities. I enjoy incorporating music, stretches or exercise, and art into the day. I cook and clean, as well as provide transportation. I'd describe my personality as caring, calm, joyful. I like caring for seniors because 2 days are never the same. It's exciting meeting new people and listening to wonderful stories. I get to try to make someone's life more wonderful, what's better than that? I'm looking for a job that allows me to use my experience and expertise to try to enhance someone's well being. I started caring for seniors in 2007 as a part time weekend job. In my spare time, I like to read, listen to music, and go to church. My skills include deescalating clients with dementia, engaging clients in activities, keeping clients calm during morning wash up.
