As a child advocate and firm believer in social and economic justice for all, I was happy to have found care. com. I personally believe that children are the future and with good guidance, support, and resources, they can go on to lead successful lives. I have an array of skills that I have gained with my dual degree from Stony Brook University and can apply those skills to a variety of situations with good effect. I am in the process of obtaining my Masters in Early Childhood Education. Every summer since 2012, I worked extensively with 50 children at the Stony Brook University Freedom School through the Children s Defense Fund. At the Freedom School, we focus on developing a love of reading and preventing loss of new information and gains made in the academic year.
