This reference is for Anne. I have had the privilege of knowing Anne since 2010 when I began my work in her school district, as I was a staff member at her school. I have seen Anne excel academically, socially, artistically, and in her leadership role in high school. At high school I worked as a school social worker and school counselor, and I supervised Anne directly as her class advisor. Anne served her school as a class advisor and was elected her senior year as class treasurer. Anne was extremely impressive in her work in leadership, leading school climate and culture activities, big event planning, and organizing fundraising events. In addition to that she led the school's Hip Hop Dance club and even volunteered her time to serve at a local Elementary school in our district, to offer an after-school dance club for Elementary students. Recently I accepted the position of Director of Counseling in a local School District. And after 14 year working in education, I can say without reservation, that Anne is one of the most trustworthy, capable, impressive and promising students that I have ever worked with. If I needed to hire a college student for childcare work, Anne would be the first student I would consider. Please give her your highest of considerations, as I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. If you have any more questions, or if there is anything I can do to advocate for her.
