I interviewed Anisa and she was wonderful! We would have hired her if it wasn't for a scheduling issue on our end, but we still plan to contact her if we need a backup. First, she sent a resume and carried herself professionally. She was thoughtful when answering all of our questions (how to handle a temper tantrum, screen time, phone use, Covid precautions, etc.). She also asked about our child's interests and seemed genuinely interested.
