Anna appeared to be comfortable as soon as she walked in the door and proved to be a good match for my parents and their needs. She created a sense of order when my parents may have felt a little lost which is priceless. Her presence brings a comfort to both of my parents (and to me and my siblings who can not be there every day). My parents are able to stay in their home with the help from Anna.
