I currently work full time as a zookeeper, but before that I was a pet sitter for many years! I have one cat of my own now, and grew up with cats, dogs, and small exotics. In the zoo world, I have previously worked with small mammals, birds, and reptiles, and I currently work with large mammals. Because of my background, I am comfortable caring for animals who have very specific husbandry needs.
