About Anna

I am a current Master of Public Health candidate at UVA, moving to the area back in August, and have loved it so far! I have extensive experience working with kids, and it's definitely one of my passions. My primary experience is from four years in various positions at a summer camp, including as a counselor, healthcare coordinator, and program director. I also have several years of swim coaching and lesson instructing under my belt so I am very comfortable and safety certified in all things water! I got my undergrad degree in Biology with a minor in religious studies and went to an environmental science magnet high school so I love all things science, outdoors, and old books and can do advanced tutoring in a wide variety of Biology, Math, and English subjects (just don't ask me to explain chemistry!). In my free time, I love to read, bake, and spend time with my cat!
