Annette is a no-nonsense, get-it-done type of person (in a good way) and her focus is to keep our elderly parents living independently and for as long as possible. She is organized and has done a great job scheduling appointments and making sure they have what they need. She is respectful and works hard to help my parents continue to be in control of their decisions and lives.
