Toni was great at the start. She came the first week as scheduled. Scheduled her to come back one day so mom could leave the house without my dad and 40 minutes before she was suppose to come I got a text saying she couldn't with no explanation. The following week she wasn't feeling well and couldn't come then my dad went into the hospital. After being in the hospital 5 days in which she wasn't coming on weekends anyway, I texted her to say he was coming home and needed her when she said she took another job without letting us know.
