I am an accomplished and compassionate caregiver with a strong history in healthcare delivery. I provided over 14 years of in-home service to a client with advanced stages of Multiple Sclerosis. I managed all aspects of her health and maintained a safe and secure environment. I'm experienced in working with paralyzed, cancer and mentally ill patients. I am eager to provide exceptional companionship, plan social outings, prepare meals, light housekeeping, handle appointments/medication, and enhance the quality of life. My clinical skills are strong due to the progressive nature of Multiple Sclerosis. I am competent with handicap vehicle, medical equipment, medication management, etc. I am a fast learner and I don't rule out opportunities to work with special needs and younger patients. I enjoy the outdoors, music, nature and making a difference in people's lives. I'm interested in healthy cooking, house-plants, handcrafts including quilting and jewelry making. Dog friendly.
