About Ariana

The oldest of 5 in my own family & acting as the older sister for another family of three kids in my early adolescence (both families being primarily raised by single mothers), I've been surrounded by kiddos for much of my life, with a large role in helping to raise them. That said, I'm comfortable with just about everything involved in caring for young ones & their homes. I love watching littles grow & would say my caretaking style is that of: letting them 'run the show' while re/directing & offering guidance as needed & requested of me. I encourage playfulness, independence, creativity, compassion for others, authentic expression, responsibility, curiosity & learning-to name a few. Those who know me would say that I'm: warm-hearted, patient, dependable, encouraging, inspiring & kind.
