About Ashley

For almost six years, I have been a nanny for four families and have been an assistant preschool teacher. The children ages ranged from 6 weeks to 13 years old. As a nanny, I was responsible for their meals, changing diapers, taking them to school, and helping out with homework. My other responsibilities involved helping clean around the house. In regards to the classrooms I worked in, my responsibilities were about the same. However, I also helped with watching the children, playing and reading with them, and helping them at nap-time and lunch. As an assistant, I help care for not only my preschoolers but assisting in the infant room as well as our Pre-K rooms. I have helped with lessons, meals, nap-time, cleaning, and our arts and craft times. Above all, I always made sure to give my focus to the children and play with them. I wanted to make sure they felt loved and cared for while I am watching them.
