About Ashley

I have lived in a household with dogs my whole life! I have helped care for many breeds of dogs since I was a child (Dachshund, Collie, Golden Retriever, Terrier Mix, Keeshond, Poodle, etc.). I love all dogs - big, small, and in-between! I have owned my current furbaby - a 6-year-old Terrier mix named Lily - for 2 years. We have gone through many wins and struggles - from broken bones to training class graduations. I have learned many tricks of the trade since welcoming her into my home and I wouldn't have it any other way! I am familiar with and comfortable administering medication to dogs, as well as handling special dietary needs and basic home grooming! I have cared for different puppies ranging from a few weeks to a year old, as well as older dogs. My family has cared for dogs from puppy-dom through end-of-life. I am familiar with both temperamental and elderly dogs and know that they just require extra patience and love.
