As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing and supporting children's growth and development. With three years of experience caring for children aged three to 13 , I bring a patient, calm, and creative approach to my role. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive. I believe effective communication is essential to building trust with parents. I provide regular updates and maintain open lines of communication to ensure parents are well-informed about their child's day. Regarding household rules, I follow the lead of the parents and work collaboratively to maintain a consistent and structured environment for the children.
