About Auburn

Hey there! I am a student at USC working towards my B. A. in Psychology with plans to continue my education, ultimately earning a Master's in Counseling. My dream is to build a practice that utilizes art and music therapy, yoga, meditation, and nature based therapy. My most recent job as a nanny was with a 3-year-old child diagnosed with autism. Throughout the unique experience I strengthened skills like flexibility, patience, and compassion necessary for optimal care. We spent most of our time outside playing, enjoying creative activities, eating healthy snacks, and playing with toys. His parents had a no-screentime rule and I had no issue abiding by their wishes. I was responsible for daily routines including school pickup/drop off, meals, appointments, Little Gym, swim lessons, bath, and bedtime.
