About Audrey

I am passionate about supporting people in their journeys. I am an artist, jewelrymaker, and astrologer, and for years I spent my energy studying environmental sciences and sustainable food systems. What all these paths have in common is that I love exploring interconnectedness as a way of gaining deeper understanding. I have narcolepsy, and that meant I would fall asleep easily in classes and over assignments. In order to stay awake, I had to learn a million little ways to make learning more engaging for me and get the most out of my study time. I now can help many kinds of learners with studying. My drive is really to help with art mentoring though. I believe that art is grounding, therapeutic, and expressive. Art came back around to support me through health struggles in my 20s, and it became part of my healing. I want to support young people with art to give them a foundation in creative expression and a powerful toolbox that will support them their whole lives.
