I've always loved to learn, the moment where something clicks in your mind and you understand a new concept is such a wonderful thing! I learned to love teaching others in high school when I helped friends with work in class, it was so inspiring to share those moments with others. So now that I have graduated I would love to get into tutoring! I graduated top of my class from Milwaukie Academy of the Arts, with a 4. 0 GPA. During my time there I took Advanced Placement classes on the following topics: calculus, biology, government, and literature. Aside from academics I believe the main skill I bring to tutoring is the ability to explain concepts in many different ways, so that I can help children who struggle with the way things are typically taught in schools.
