About Ava

Hi! I'm Ava and I'm a freshman at New York University studying film and television. I'm from California and ran a babysitters club all throughout high school. I have experience in babysitting all ages, and I'm really looking forward to meeting new families in the city! I have many references I can connect you with if you have any questions. I'd describe my personality as creative, patient, and excited! I like working with kids because they still utilize their creativity! In a world where you can have almost anything done for you, it's always refreshing to see kids come up with their own games and imagination. Also, as a film student I always find myself inspired when working with children. They come up with the best ideas! In my spare time, I like to explore the city, scrapbook, watch movies, baking and cooking, and practicing yoga. I am comfortable with pets (I have two dogs back home) and have skills in cooking and baking.
