Hello! My name is Avra. Originally from Chicago (living in 3+ overseas countries before 18) & the oldest of four, keeping up with all ages is something I genuinely enjoy. I became a full time nanny yr of college & moved to Atlanta after graduating with a Bachelor's in Child Psychology. I feel i'm too young to have kids right now, hence why I love being a nanny! I use a Montessori approach to childcare as I find it is the best way to foster independence, self-autonomy & critical thinking. I love fostering natural curiosity & intuition of children through child-led days to shape learning/play based activities. Avra has been a god sent for our family. Working from home with two small kids is no easy task, and we are so lucky to have found Avra to help with our girls. Primarily she looks after our (very picky/people selective) infant on a regular schedule, and they are great together. We love she is so experienced with small children there isn't much direction I need to give her because she already knows the ends & outs of caring for kids. She is always on time, professional and responsible. I would highly recommend her to any family looking for someone to care for their children.
