About Ayana

I'd describe my personality as energetic, respectful and patient! I like working with kids because of their creativity that allows me to create an environment customized to their experiences and personality! I love that I am able to make an impact on a child's day, week or future! Finally, I like to be able to have the opportunity to learn and grow from child that I come across! I'm looking for a job that allows flexibility and creates a space of understanding for one another. I am looking for open communication and a family that is accepting of people of different backgrounds. In my spare time, I like to volunteer with different groups within the community. In all of my experiences, the organization that I enjoyed the most has been Pause for Parents, Play for Kids. They provide rest, support, connections for parents of special needs children and play time while parents are away. During my time here, I have been able to gain experience of working with children with special needs!
