I first started caring for children in my teens with babysitting, to eventually working at an in-home daycare for children aged 6 months to 5 years after graduating high school. I then transitioned to working independently as a nanny for 2 children aged 2-3. In my time working with children, I have come to understand that they have just as much to teach me as I can teach them, if not more. I believe it's incredibly valuable to cultivate a safe environment for kiddos to learn about themselves and others, while allowing them the space to have their own curiosities. In this crazy world, I always find hope in our youth. They are the future and I take that seriously.
