Azadeh (Azi) has been the PERFECT nanny to our now 10 month old son! She has been taking care of him since he was 4 months old. She is loving, reliable, university-educated, and experienced. Her extensive childcare experience (including teaching at a Montessori preschool, taking childcare credits, years of nannying, and raising her own teenage daughter) have been a real asset to us as first-time parents. She is punctual and communicative. She engages our son through play, book reading, music, and arts and crafts. She has a fun yet calming personality. Our son LOVES her so much! Azi has helped him develop a consistent schedule, sleep well independently, and meet his milestones! She is also incredibly creative, surprising us with baby art projects and DIY toys for our son. Azi is well-organized, keeps the play area clean, does child-related cleaning, and helps with light housework while our son sleeps. She is First Aid and CPR certified and has a car for taking the kids to outdoor events. We wholeheartedly trust Azi and believe any family would be lucky to have her. If we have a second child, she'll be my 2nd phone call --- right after calling my parents --- to make sure she can nanny for us again!
