About Azalia

I have grown up in a family of health workers and grew admiring their vocation. My goals are to become a doctor in the future which is why I attend the university of arizona and joined the army national guard 2017. I joined as a combat medic and realized this is my passion. I want to be able to have the knowledge to save someones life and help others. I have worked with soldiers and civilian patients, I have worked besides PA's, doctors and nurses. I have worked on clinics as a medic and been able to prescribe medications under my PA permission. I have worked as a lab assistant and collected blood samples to test them for HIV, Lipid etc. I have worked in vaccinations and have administer them to soldiers. I have been on night duty at clinics and taken care of soldiers overnight and kept a folder with medications and exams/vitals I had to take. During my summers I have worked as a sitter I love kids and grandparents.
