Hi I'm Bailee! I am a graduate of Salem State University with a Bachelors Degree in Community Education. I have had experience with kids birth - teenage years. My experience ranges from nannying, instructing swim lesson, working in a private childcare center and most recently becoming a mom! I am EEC certified and have been a Lead Teacher for the past six years. This includes experience with creating and implementing curriculum/daily schedules and creating an engaging environment for the children. As a swim instructor for Adaptive swim lessons, I gained important knowledge in working with kids with diverse learning needs. I am currently seeking a position which would allow me to bring my daughter along with me so I am looking for a family with a child similar in age so they can grow and learn together!
