I've always been extremely passionate about animals (I'm a vegetarian transitioning to vegan-ism currently!). I've had 3 cats in the past (1 currently) and 1 beautiful dog. All of my animals are from shelters and my dog was abused prior to us adopting her, so I have experience with anxious animals. Before one of my old cats passed away last year, I took care of him while he was sick (administering medicine, needles, etc.). And while I don't usually pet-sit solely, I am very used to animals because many of the families I babysit for have pets that I am also responsible for.
