About Barbara

I have worked in the healthcare and caregiving industry for over 50 years. I started out as a nurses aide when I was 14 volunteering for the Little Sisters of the Poor. Realizing that I have a passion for helping others any way I can, I went to school for my LPN license. After securing my LPN license I started working at Germantown hospital and stayed with them for 17 years. While working at Germantown I continued my education graduating with my Bachelors in Science & Nursing securing my RN license. I moved to Einstein healthcare network staying with them for a few years before landing at Bayada home healthcare, working as a visiting nurse and transitional care manger. I retired from Bayada last year and am looking for part time work as a caregiver. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family and friends, watching and cheering on my Phillies and Eagles, and spending time at the beach. Rest assured, in my care your loved ones will be treated as if they were my own family.
