I have spent my whole life around kids. My dad was a youth pastor and my mom was a school counselor. This gave me the opportunity to volunteer and watch kids(babies through toddlers) at a young age at our church. This created many opportunities to start babysit and nanny, giving me many years of experience. I have nannied for many families through college and after. Which is why I have always enjoyed babysitting, nannying, pet sitting and tutoring. I am looking to help out wherever I can! I am hard-working, dependable, dedicated, and flexible. I love following schedules, and being apart of the growth, excited and learning of a child.

Baylee is honest, friendly, reliable and loves kids. My kids loved her and felt so comfortable with her. Baylee is a very respectful young woman- I’ve known her all her life and it was a blessing getting to have her watch my kids when she lived closer to us.
