Bernie was our first son's nanny as part of a nannyshare from when he was just under one year's old until he was almost 2.5. She was a compassionate, loving, and gentle caregiver to our son. He really loved spending time with her and she bacame a part of our family. She was extremely patient and took time to focus on his developmental milestones, which definitely helped him as he grew. We continued to use regularly for babysitting after our nannyshare ended and even used her for house and dog sitting when were out of town. She is very trustworthy and set the bar for what we look for in a caregiver. She is a must higher employee!!
