About Blaire

Hello! My name is Blaire or you and your family can call me B! I am very passionate about care taking! I have been a care taker for 3 years professionally. I focus on model based learning and cultivating an environment where youths feel safe being themselves. Gentle parenting (or modeling in my case) is the bare minimum for me an my style of care. When working in your home I will help your child develop habits around the home as well as build confidence while being a hands on teacher. I have experience with many ages and family dynamics. I also have a background working with children/adults with special needs. I enjoy finding ways to explore what gifs and interests your child may have and help them grow their passions. Whether it's sports, arts, science or anything in between I love finding fun and educational ways to grow your child's specific interests. It is my priority to create a space where I am an extension of your family's needs and goals.
