About Blair

I always wanted to babysit as a child, because I'm the youngest of 4 children in my family! I started babysitting at age 13 (with supervision). I moved to a nannying job full time (9-5, 5 days a week) and other recurring babysitting jobs for about 3 summers during high school before moving for college. In college, I also frequently cared for my Pastor's children, ages 8 months and 4 years. I enjoy taking care of infants since I've always been the baby myself, but I also love taking care of mid-aged children (6-12 years old). They're old enough to learn kindness and perspective while young enough to have immense curiosity! Nothing is more rewarding than to hear that they don't want you to leave, or that they can't wait to see you again. I still remember my favorite babysitters and the way I looked up to them and it's a wonderful feeling to know I'm now that person for someone else!
