About Blanca

Hello Family! My name is Blanca, I'm 23 years old. I am an energetic, creative, responsible individual! With 4 years of experience in childcare. I have devoted that time to becoming a teacher. During my time in college I worked for a daycare and since then have continued to move forward with childcare after graduation. I specialized in working with all age groups (infants- 12-year-olds). I am looking to step into a nanny position this summer and work alongside a wonderful family where I can build a nanny + family bond. Just to tell you a little about myself, I enjoy the outdoors, reading and crafting. I love to be creative in the ways I entertain and bond with children! As for my philosophy, I gravitate towards a Montessori approach and gentle caregiving (with boundaries of course!) approach. I love watching kids learn and contribute to their growth. I tailor the experience to teach kids interest, and parents' needs.
