I was going to hire her. She shows up 30 minutes late without letting me know so i was on a business call when she arrived. I got interrupted and asked her to start on the kitchen while i finished my call. When i came down after my call, she had done nothing still. I told her it wasn't going to work out and she asked to be paid for her gas and time after being late and doing absolutely nothing.
