About Bretny

Hi! I am a graduate student and toddler/primary Montessori teacher looking for nanny and babysitting opportunities over the summer. I am training to become a play and drama therapist, and I currently work with public school students in K1-8th grade in that capacity. I am also a Montessori toddler teacher working with children 18 mo - 6 years old on art projects, language, fine and gross motor skills, practical life skills, etc. On weekends I lead educational nature exploration birthday parties for young children, so I am very comfortable going on adventures! Beyond my teaching experience, I have also worked with countless families offering babysitting and transportation. My Montessori and therapeutic training has infused my style of childcare with empathy, independence, and a focus on child-led fun. I am a responsible and creative individual who is not afraid to help out when needed!
