I currently work as a special education aide at a nearby school district. I am a graduate from Stony Brook who studied sociology, concentrating in childhood development who will be attending grad school for a masters in Special Education. I have cared for children of all backgrounds from 6mths-16yrs old and love to include them in a safe, engaging and creative environment!

Brittany is great. She knew how to connect with our 4yo and 2yo, and was incredibly creative in keeping them engaged and learning throughout the day (with stories, questions and answers, little games, etc.). She was at ease even when they posed challenges (e.g. one wants to go "left" and the other wants to go "right"), and patiently found solutions, knowing when to "go with the flow" and also when to push back. We would definitely hire her again.
