About Brittany

With over 4 years of experience in childcare, I use my Masters in Nonprofit Management as the Lead Preschool Teacher/Program Administrator by day. Working as a full-time teacher in a mixed preschool classroom is extremely fulfilling. I'm CPR & First Aid certified and have extensive professional experience with toddlers and preschool-age children. I have experience creating engaging learning activities, prepping meals, and navigating a child's developmental growth journey. With my training in Conscious Discipline, I have the patience required to handle the ups and downs of the social-emotional perspectives of children. I prefer a mixture of a routine schedule and a laid-back working environment. The children I've worked with have grown aware of their daily routines and structure to help produce independence. During playtime and exploration sessions, I love a semi-structured and laid-back environment.
