About Brittany

Hi my name is Brittany. I am a 31-year-old with a very positive and upbeat personality and have a passion for caring for kids! I worked on the military base at the DSCC childcare center for almost 8 years. Through working there I learned many things from both experience and our trainings, from daily activities to proper care and safety. I grew up with a large family and began babysitting for my family and friends when I was 13 years old. I also have my own 7-year-old son. I worked in the pre-k and kindergarten rooms at my church for 3 years. I'm a non-smoker, have graduated high school, have a technical degree, and have some college education as well. I do a lot of work at my church and sing on the worship team. I have been told I am great with children and they really seem to like me. I have a passion for caring for them and helping them to learn, grow, and become independent! When I'm with them I like to take them outside, play with them, do crafts, dance, and read books.
