About Brooke

I grew up babysitting for families (some for years!) & volunteering for childcare at my local church. I spent time working with children in my previous position as a respite care provider, job coach, & Day Programs manager for a man with cerebral palsy through his non-profit business teaching kids about disabilities. I was trusted to drive/operate his wheelchair van & gained many certifications. I was responsible for his care, including care routines, medication administration, etc. My minor was in Education, so I have experience teaching children grade 5 & below. I have also completed an 180-hour school based internship where I was responsible for providing speech services to children with a range of abilities, ages 14-18. I am passionate about helping others & hope I can help you by providing care to your child/children! I am looking for something part-time (about 25 hours) while I work to earn a Masters in Public Administration with an Emphasis in Healthcare online :)
