My relative's personal aide didn't come to work due to snow, so I contacted Caitlin, asking for a quick necessary daily task which help was needed for. Caitlin got back to me within minutes, set out minutes after we agreed to terms, and braved the hazardous road conditions in freezing temperatures. She got the job done and saved the day!
