About Caitlin

Hi, my name is Caitlin. I recently moved to the Denver area from upstate NY. I am a nurse currently working on an adult medical surgical unit, but I previously worked in primary care pediatrics. I loved working with kids and babies, and I hope to get back to working in a more acute care setting with children or infants in the future. I've been babysitting for younger neighbors and family friends (ranging from 4-12 years old) for at least 10 years. I've gained valuable experience with newborns, toddlers, and young children by living with and caring for my nephew and niece who are now 7 and 11 years old! In addition, I spent a year as a pre school teacher in a classroom with 8 infants age 2 months-1-year-old at Primrose Schools in Tampa, Florida. I am American Red Cross Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional certified for adults, children, and infants.
