Dedicated and enthusiastic child care professional with over 20 years of experience providing excellent care for children ages 0-16. I'm committed to fostering a warm, nurturing and encouraging environment for children, while working closely with their families to ensure that all needs are met. CPR/ first aid certified with 10+ years of prior Emergency Medical Technician experience. When I was 11 years old, I convinced my parents to let me take the park district babysitting class where I was introduced to CPR and child development skills for the first time. From then on, I was hooked. I took my first paid job on the weekends at 12 years old as a mothers helper for a family that lived across the street from us. By 15 yrs old, I had 6 regular families that I would babysit for from time to time. I'm currently 35 a military spouse and have 2 children of my own. 2 little girls. 5 years old and 2 years old.
