About Caitlyn

I'd describe my personality as honest, cheerful, compassionate and driven. I like working with kids because I am very creative. I love coming up with fun and unique games and activities. I'm looking for a job that puts a smile on my face every day. I have many years of experience in a daycare and nanny setting. I currently work in an elementary school and have experience with all age groups. In my spare time, I like to be outside and explore, and I love to read books. One thing you should know about me is I am very responsible and working with children is my passion. My skills include patience, communication, and teaching skills. I believe patience is extremely important especially when dealing with children. I am effective when communicating with children meaning that I am able to convey instructions and ideas in ways that are easy for them to understand. I am a recent SUNY Cortland graduate with an early childhood education teaching degree.
