Worked for me one day. My kids are rough. At end of the day I asked if she wanted to come back the next Saturday which she said she would. Today ( Thursday at 120pm - I work 12 hour shifts and I work the next two days) she stated she cannot come this Saturday because her school schedule suddenly changed. Funny since just Tuesday she was asking to leave at 4 instead of 6 since she was supposed to be at the strip at 7pm. School schedules don't change that suddenly and even when they do, they give you at least a week to adjust schedules and give notices. I have recently been in school so I know how it works. Thought she would be amazing. She was nice and brought gifts for kids which was unexpected. She had a rough day with just the one child and she was supposed to attempt caring for both of them this Saturday. I had a feeling she didn't want to come back but instead of just stating that, she told me she would be here and now I am left with just hours to find someone else since I won't be able to interview people tomorrow while I am at work. If I cannot find someone today, I will have to call out on Saturday. I would have rather had her been honest about not wanting to come back so o could have started looking for someone else immediately. Now I am left scrambling.
