About Camila

Hi! My name is Camila and I am entering my last year of undergrad at NYU this fall. My passion for working & caring for younger kids stems from my experience as an assistant/substitute teacher at a daycare in my hometown Alexandria, VA. I worked there for over 5 years throughout high school. Managing my time between work & school helped my transition to a similar environment in college as I have been nannying for families in the city since my freshman year. At the daycare, I worked with kids ranging from infants to kindergarteners which sparked my enthusiasm for working with children at a crucial stage in their development.
