Nanning for many families taught me how to adapt to each families needs and expectations. I enjoy teaching educational games that help work their minds while having fun. Former camp advisor at a golf resort. During my time in camp I learned how to keep a large group of children safe while in the swimming pool and organizing other sports activists. Former Pre-K teacher for Bar-T in Reston, VA. As a teacher of 17, 2-3-year-olds keeping a daily schedule was key and can easily translate to a busy family. For this age group we focused on teaching and showing children how to be verbal/expressive rather than physical, potty training and learning every day basics were priority. Currently: 4 years dental assisting in Pediatrics. While working in the medical field I have been introduced to many different ways to help children cope with uncomfortable situations like dentistry. I have learned to help children overcome fears and to listen to their needs while building trusting relationship.
