Hi there, I am 26 years old and live on the Yorkville Oswego border. I am currently a high school teacher in the area. I have experience teaching but also nannying, tutoring (PreK-Highschool), and dog walking. Prior to teaching, I nannied 3 children ages 4-10 for a year. I also served as an E-learning Aid for 2 of the 3 children and a Pre-K/Kindergarten teacher for the youngest child. (2020) Following my employment with that family, I moved to Austin, TX for a year and nannied a lovely set of infant twins for about a year. (2021) My employment came to an end, as I finished my degree in secondary education and began teaching and tutoring in Austin, TX and soon later San Antonio, TX. (2022) In the beginning of 2023, I moved back to IL, and I am currently teaching 5 HS science courses. As much as I love teaching high school students, I do miss working with younger children, and am keeping my options open to alternative childcare and educational positions in the area.

Cassidy cared for our three children (ages 5, 8, and 11) as our full-time nanny. Not only is she an excellent employee generally speaking (reliable, on-time, kind)--she's been fantastic caring for our children. She's fun and energetic, and knows how to handle the highs and lows of child-rearing. She's great at coming up with activities for the children to engage in, while sibling arguments and kids' "grumpy" days are met with patience, calm, and a readiness to help your child move along to the next fun thing! She gets the kids outside, or doing something creative, and is so helpful with whatever you need (laundry, tidy the house). We will miss her in our house and know that some other family will be lucky to have her care for their children.
